Shipping

TD Classic offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact TD Classic for approval before sending any item back.

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Custom, personalized, altered, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order changes & Cancellation

Please contact TD Classic as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact TD Classic within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

For packages that are delayed or missing, please contact us promptly. We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Handmade Product Variations

Full-grain leather is a natural material, so variations in color, grain, texture, and markings are expected. These characteristics make each product unique and are not considered defects.

Leather will naturally soften, darken, and develop a patina with use. This aging process is part of the character of genuine full-grain leather.

International Orders

International shipping is available at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when available.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to TD Classic.

Contact and return instructions

To request a return or report an order problem, contact us at hello@tdclassic.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Do not send an item back without prior approval. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
